Harmony for Google Docs/Harmony for Sharepoint: A Quick Overview

The beta release of Harmony for Google Docs is out! Attachments in emails sent from Microsoft outlook would no longer be in vogue with this release. If you have Microsoft outlook 2007, then go ahead and install HARMONY FOR GOOGLE DOCS/HARMONY FOR SHAREPOINT from here!

• If you are working with an organization, you can add your Sharepoint credentials to your outlook thereby enabling you to have access to all your Sharepoint documents right from your outlook. 
• For using Sharepoint, you will have to click on the Download Harmony for Sharepointicon in this site. Further you would be asked to enter your corporate email address. Once you enter the email id, you would be sent a mail with a download link! Just download and get the software installed then!

5. To send a text message - click on first tab and Fill up TO, FROM, FAX TO,SUBJECT,FAX NO,REPLY and FAX MESSAGE .Check in the fax preview screen whether the fax is what you expect.See the "Today's free call pin" from the bottom of the page and fill this number in the PIN field int eh fax form.now click send free fax now. That's all. Sending fax text message is complete.


6. To send a file from your computer, click on "send a file from your computer" tab. Fill up TO, FROM, FAX TO,SUBJECT,FAX NO,REPLY and cover page MESSAGE. In the file field shown in that page, click on browse button and attach the file that you intend to fax. For this you need to locate the file in your PC and make sure that its size is within the allowed limits.Check in the fax preview screen whether the fax is what you expect.*See the "Today's free call pin" from the bottom of the page and fill this number in the PIN field int eh fax form.now click send free fax now. That's all. Sending fax file from computer is complete.


7. To check status, go to http://www.freefaxbutton.com/free_fax_line.php and click on "fax status log" which is present in the top left corner. In this page, click on "sent fax status log" tab. Now click on "Fax transmission log --> Open" in the same page. The status log starts loading .wait for sometime. Then here, make sure that the number to which you sent the fax appears with status "FAX SENT OK" in green
